  • No. Sessions are guided and adapted to your experience. Many people start with no previous meditation practice.

  • Mindfulness is part of many meditation traditions. This approach includes awareness, but also uses guided imagery, analytical inquiry, and body-based regulation to support clarity and practical integration in daily life.

  • No belief system is required. The work is grounded, practical, and experience-based. People from all backgrounds are welcome.

  • Sessions are structured and time-bound. They may include brief grounding or gentle movement, guided analytical and visual meditation, and a short integration phase focused on daily life.
