A personal moment from my own training journey, in gratitude from the teachers I continue to learn from.
About
My professional background is in law, LLM in human rights: specialized in domestic violence and LLM in animal law.
My understanding of systems, responsibility, and pressure lead me to train in meditation so I could help others. I teach meditation as a practical tool for clarity, decision-making, and grounded success, not as an escape from thinking or responsibility or spiritual bypassing.
What I share and teach comes from lived experience, not dogma.
I trained in meditation in the UK, with a foundation in mindfulness-based approaches (MBSR and MBCT), and then long-form meditation retreats in breath work, qi gong and Vipassanā. These practices gave me a direct understanding of how working with bodily sensation and attention can calm the nervous system and reduce emotional intensity.
Meditation had a tangible impact on my health and stress levels. At the same time, I came to see that calming the mind is not always enough. In complex professional or relational situations, clarity also requires understanding patterns, restoring perspective, and asking the right questions.
I continue my own training and regularly attend meditation and qigong retreats.
After Experiencing The Benefits Of Meditation…
I am a lawyer and meditation teacher, not a mental health or medical practitioner. This work does not approach meditation as a cure for illness. Instead, it focuses on developing clarity, emotional regulation, and a balanced nervous system. While some people notice improvements in stress-related symptoms, individual experiences vary, and no specific outcomes are promised. If you have a mental health or medical condition, please consult a qualified professional before participating.
